healthy granola bars made with oats, buckwheat flour and almond flour

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

4 oz raw almonds, soaked
3 oz water
1 large banana
1 tsp cinnamon
3 oz raisins
2 oz dates, chopped
1 1/2 oz flaxseed, ground
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup almond meal (flour)
3/4 cup oats
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

  1. preheat oven to 175C/350F

  2. lightly grease an 8 inch pan

  3. blend almonds, water, banana, maple syrup & cinnamon

  4. put mixture in large bowl and mix in other ingredients

  5. spread evenly in greased pan

  6. bake for 25 mins
