3 cups oatmeal
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. mix wet ingredients

  3. add wet to dry and mix well

  4. spread thin layer in cookie sheet

  5. bake 14-20 mins at 350
