Gluten-free when using gluten-free oats.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

2 cups oatmeal (gluten free)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

  1. Stir dry ingredient together, then add wet.

  2. Mix thoroughly until all oats are coated then add choc chips and raisins

  3. Spread evenly in a greased cake pan. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes, then cut into bars.
