inspired by nigella lawson's breakfast bars

Recipe Ingredients for granola bars

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup wheat germ

Recipe Directions for granola bars

warm the condensed milk and then mix with all the other ingredients. press into a 9x13 inch baking pan lined with parchment. bake at 250 degrees f for an hour or so. let cool for about 15 minutes before cutting into 16 large bars, 4 across and 4 down.
