Recipe Ingredients for Granola bars

3 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.75 cup Sunflower Seeds
53 grams Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
0.75 cup Raisins Sultana
14 oz Condensed Milk

Recipe Directions for Granola bars

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 pan. open the tin of condensed milk and place in a bowl of hot water. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then pour in the condensed milk and mix well. Press into pan and bake until golden.
