Healthy easy to make snack. Good for a breakfast or lunch bar

Recipe Ingredients for Granola bars

3 cups Oats, Rolled, Quick Cooking
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp applesauce
14 ounces Condensed Milk
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup raisins
1 cup craisins
1 cup Apples, Dehydrated (Low Moisture), Sulfured, Uncooked

Recipe Directions for Granola bars

  1. mix all ingredients together

  2. flatten into 9 x 13 pan firmly

  3. bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes
