Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

2 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3/10 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
30 grams Pistachio Nuts, Dry Roasted
30 grams Cashew Nuts
30 grams Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
30 grams Pumpkin Seeds
30 grams Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
30 grams Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, mushed banana, applesauce, vanilla.

  2. Wisk oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking soa/powder, salt together.

  3. Add nuts and seeds and coconut to dry ingredients. Add wet to dry. Mix with hands until combined. Press into greased dish and bake for 25 minutes.
