Very Yummy Granola Bars that don't fall apart!

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups (1 can) sweetened condensed milk

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

Combine all ingredients. Press into cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
