Easy to make homemade granola bars!

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars

4 1/2 cups rice chex
3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup wheat germ
15 ounces mini marshmallows
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars

  1. Stir together crushed rice chex, oats, graham cracker crumbs and wheat germ.

  2. Melt butter in a large bowl in the microwave

  3. Stir in marshmallows and microwave 1 minute

  4. Add honey and stir until all marshmallows are melted

  5. Pour marshmallow mixture over dry mixture and stir with a non stick spray coated spoon

  6. Stir in chocolate chips

  7. Pour into a 9X13 pan and press down

  8. Cut into 20 equal squares

  9. Enjoy!
