Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bars with Molasses!

2 cup of puffed rice
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/3 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp of flaxseed
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Granola Bars with Molasses!

  1. Stir puffed rice, and oatmeal together in a lg bowl set aside

  2. Combine honey and molasses in a sauce pan until it just comes to a boil

  3. Remove from heat and add the almond butter

  4. Stir until almond butter is melted and the mixture is thick

  5. Pour over rice/oat mixture in bowl

  6. Spread on a lightly greased cookie sheet and cut just before it is cooled completely
