1/2 the butter use sunflower seed nut butter instead of pb 1/2 the brown sugar 1/2 the chocolate

Recipe Ingredients for granola bars, homemade low cal

1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, salted
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups oats, rolled
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, roasted, salted
1/2 cup craisins
1/3 cup wheat germ
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet

Recipe Directions for granola bars, homemade low cal

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Then add remaining ingredients and stir in well.

  3. Press into a greased Texas sheet pan.

  4. Bake 25 minutes at 350 F.

  5. Cut while still warm, then let cool before serving
