Granola bars with raisins, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Crunchy on outside. Chewy on inside. Great for pre- or post-workout boost.

Recipe Ingredients for Granola bar-walnuts and raisins

1 egg
1 egg white
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup rolled oats - toasted
2 cups puffed rice
1/4 cup walnuts
2/3 cup raisins
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/4 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Granola bar-walnuts and raisins

Toast rolled oats in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Mix wet ingredients. Stir in dry ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cut in 8 pieces. Bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from pan. Place on rack to cool.
