Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bar

0.38 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
7 grams Gourmet Chocolate
6.2 grams USA 100% Whey
0.38 serving Shoprite Organic Peanut Butter
8.75 grams Bananas
0.25 tbsp Flaxseed Oil, Organic
3.375 grams Raw Honey
15 grams Kirkland Vanilla Soymilk
5.62 grams Walnuts, English
0.38 serving flaxhemp

Recipe Directions for Granola Bar

  1. Make granola. Mix flaxseed oil, oats, honey together. Bake in oven @350 until golden brown, 30-40 minutes.

  2. Let cool

  3. Mix rest of ingredients together. Spread onto baking pan. Bake @350 for 30 min.

  4. Let cool.

  5. Eat or store for later.
