homemade granola bar, made from whole foods only, no preservatives or sugars

Recipe Ingredients for granola bar

2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 cup Oat Bran
8 oz Plain Nonfat
4 oz Organics Peanut Butter Smooth
3 tbsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Mixed Nuts, Dry Roasted
3 small (2-3/4") Apples

Recipe Directions for granola bar

cook oats in half amount of water, add oat bran, let sit, then add in chopped apples and nuts, mix all wet ingredients and then add to oat mixture. pour into baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 mins. cut 5x8
