Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bar

2.5 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
4.5 oz Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
30 grams Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
0.33 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.13 oz Flax Seeds
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.75 cup Pumpkin
0.25 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 serving Natural Honey

Recipe Directions for Granola Bar

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl until they are well mixed. In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir well. make sure there are no dry oats.

  2. Pack mixture into a 9x13 inch pan tightly and evenly. Use hands to achieve a tightly packed pan. Bake on the middle rack for about 25 min or until the top is golden brown and feels dry to the touch. Remove and let cool completely on a wire rack. When cutting avoid sawing motion.
