Fruit and peanut butter granola bar

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bar

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup honey
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 tsp kosher salt
6 oz dried mixed fruit
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Granola Bar

  1. Toast dry ingredients

  2. Combine liquid ingredients in pan until sugar is dissolved

  3. Combine and add dried fruit and peanut butter chips

  4. Bake at 300F for 25 minutes and let cool
