Homemade Granola Bar - low fat, reduced extras

Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bar - Light

1 cup applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Granola Bar - Light

  1. Cream applesauce and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.

  2. Mix flour, 1 cup ground oatmeal, flex seed meal, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to applesauce. Add oatmeal, pistachios, cranberries, chocolate chips and sunflower seeds. Bake in 13x9 ungreased pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into 24 bars
