Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bar II

147 grams Bananas
3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
8 oz Soy Protein Isolate]
55 grams Flax Oil
40 grams Walnuts, English
3 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
45 grams flaxhemp
240 grams Kirkland Vanilla Soymilk
28 grams Shoprite Organic Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Granola Bar II

  1. Make granola out of oats, flax oil, and honey

  2. Mix the granola and the rest of the ingredients and add water until it's no longer powdery-I added about two cups..

  3. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
