Recipe Ingredients for Granola Bar, Fruit Nut & Protein

2 c fiber one cereal
8 oz cherries, dried
2 oz pretzels
1 1/2 oz Quinoa
4 T wheat germ
1 1/2 oz oat bran
1 1/2 oz pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 oz sunflower seeds
13 oz chopped pecans
5 oz Chocolate Chunks
6 T cornmeal
8 T Cocoa Nibs
1 t cinnamon
2 1/2 oz coconut, shredded
88 g Molasses, 3 oz
4 oz cinnamon applesauce
6 oz Mediterranee Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Granola Bar, Fruit Nut & Protein

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Line a baking pan with foil, and lightly spray.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Combine wet ingredients together, add to dry.

  4. Press into prepared pan.

  5. Cook 30-40 minutes
