Recipe Ingredients for granola bar 3

2 cups of oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup bran
1 bananas
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs cocoa
1 tsp allspice
1/4 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for granola bar 3

  1. Mix all ingredients. Consistency should be moist but very firm. Adjust

  2. wet ingredients to dry to make a chewy (sp) batter.

  3. Set oven to 300

  4. Spray a loaf pan (my pan was something around 8 x 5

  5. Pack ingredients in loaf pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
