Makes 20 servings



Original recipe edited, lowered oil to 1/3 cup, replaced craisins and used raisins, eliminated vanilla

Recipe Ingredients for Granola B+

6 cups oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup flax
1 cup coconut
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Granola B+

  1. mix dry ingredients except raisins

  2. stir honey and canola oil, pour over the above

  3. bake/toast in oven in large roster or baking pan, stir every 5-10 minutes to avoid scorching.

  4. toast 30 minutes at 350 dg. F
