Recipe Ingredients for granola 4

2 cup rolled oats
3 tbs. wheat germ
3 tbs. bran
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs. shredded coconut
1/2 cup apricots
1/8 cup almonds
1 tbs. brown sugar
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp almond butter
2 egg whites
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup honey

Recipe Directions for granola 4

  1. 1.Preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. 2.Line 99 Baking pan with parchment paper, set aside.

  3. 3.Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.

  4. 4.In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients.

  5. 5.Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until well combined.

  6. 6.Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread out evenly with a spatula.

  7. 7.Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. 8.Let cool completely

  9. 9.Cut bars and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
