Breakfast cereal to be eaten hot or cold.

Recipe Ingredients for Granoatmeal

10 cups quick oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Granoatmeal

  1. Combine in large flat pan; 10 cups quick oats, 1 cup chopped or sliced nuts, .5 cup honey, .5 cup cooking oil.

  2. Stir well and bake 350 deg. for 30 mins or until golden brown, stirring well after the first 15 mins.

  3. Remove from oven and add; 1 cup raisins and/or chopped dried fruit, .75 cup wheat germ.

  4. Allow to cool before storing.

  5. Makes about 12-1 cup servings.
