Recipe Ingredients for Granny's chocolate chips - lower fat, lower sugar

3 c margarine, light
2 1/3 c Splenda, brown sugar mix
2 1/3 c Splenda
3 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp water
1 1/2 c egg substitute
6 c flour
3 tsp baking soda
3 tsp salt
6 c chocolate chips, sugar free

Recipe Directions for Granny's chocolate chips - lower fat, lower sugar

  1. # Beat butter, sugars, vanilla, water & egg until light & fluffy (cream them).

  2. Mix together flour, soda, & salt. Blend into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

  3. Drop from rounded teaspoon 2" apart on UNgreased cookie sheet (I do use aluminum foil to line them - it cuts down on sticking and burning of the bottom of the cookies).

  4. Bake at 350-375 degrees (F) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
