Recipe Ingredients for Granny's Banana Bread

1 1/4 c Sugar
1/8 c wesson oil
2 eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
1 t baking soda
3 c flour
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
3 bananas, mashed
1 c chopped walnuts
3/8 c applesauce

Recipe Directions for Granny's Banana Bread

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, except the nuts.

  2. Mix in wet ingredients.

  3. Stir the nuts in.

  4. Set the oven at 350 F.

  5. Grease a 9x13 pan or pyrex with butter and bake for 40-45 minutes.
