Recipe Ingredients for Grannie's Holiday Sparklers

1 cup Earth Balance butter, softened
1/2 c white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 oz Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips

Recipe Directions for Grannie's Holiday Sparklers

  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Blend in vanilla

  3. Stir in flour and salt, 1/3 at a time.

  4. Shape dough, about a teaspoon-full, around a small number of baking chips to make a small ball. Dip one side of each ball into colored (green and red) sugar.

  5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 F for 20 min.
