This is Italian refreshment recipe. It should be good substitute for ice-cream. Can be made with all other fruits like with lemon - lemon juice

Recipe Ingredients for Granita

250 grams Water
150 grams Sugars, Brown
500 grams Strawberries
60 grams Juice

Recipe Directions for Granita

First be melt the sugar with the water.Than we blend strawberries and lemon juice with this sugar and water mixture. Once mixed well we put them in freezer and wait to cool down. Keep stirring on each 30min in 2-3h to insure the ice is granulated.
