1 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
3 clove Garlic
4 tsp Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Oregano
3 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
3 tsp Italian Seasoning
