A yummy stir fry to be eaten with rice, noodles, or just plain.

Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Simple Stir Fry

1/3 cup green pepper, sliced
1 cup onions, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
10 oz. (1/2 lb) raw chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 garlic cloves
1 cup frozen green beans
2 cups carrots, cut bit sized
2 tbsp Sweet and Sour Sauce

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Simple Stir Fry

  1. Simply heat a wok really, really hot with the olive oil.

  2. Add the chicken breast and toss nonstop.

  3. When the chicken is no longer pink, add the garlic, then onions.

  4. After they cook for a spell, add the green peppers, green beans and carrots.

  5. After they cook (I like my veggies still crispie, so I only cook until they are warm) add the sauce, toss and serve!
