Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Shortbread

1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup icing sugar
2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Shortbread

  1. Sift dry ingredients together

  2. Add softened butter in chunks, cream together with dry ingredients until a soft dough is formed

  3. Place round 1" balls on cookies sheets and flatten with fork

  4. Cook at 350f for 15-20min (my oven first batch at 15, second at 13-14)
