Such Great Rolls for anytime, just watch how many you eat, can cause heartburn and feelings of joy and over eating at the same time :P

Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Rolls or Danish Sweet Rolls if you prefer :D

1/2 lb. margarine or butter
2 c. warm milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. water (for yeast)
1 t. salt
3 eggs
6 c. flour

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Rolls or Danish Sweet Rolls if you prefer :D

  1. Heat:

  2. margarine or butter and sugar in pan with milk as it is heating.

  3. ~DO NOT BOIL~

  4. In a large bowl mix yeast with *warm water and *sugar.

  5. Stir and let stand for 4 minutes.

  6. Add to margarine or butter mixture.

  7. Add salt and beaten eggs then add flour a little at a time.

  8. Stir it well. DO NOT KNEAD.

  9. Let rise till it looks smooth, flour counter and add the dough.

  10. Mix it up and then roll it out and shaping as desired.

  11. Let it rise until it is light.

  12. **this is a very strict recipe one thing wrong and they wont rise properly and then they turn out more like hocky pucks then real rolls**

  13. Bake:

  14. At 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown

  15. let cool before serving
