my grandma use to make this if I was sick or if it was a cool day. my kids LOVE it!

Recipe Ingredients for grandma's rice pudding

2 cup White Rice
0.75 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless
2 serving Vitamin D Milk
4 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for grandma's rice pudding

  1. in sauce pan add all ingredients except rice.

  2. bring to a boil on medium whisking occasionally

  3. add rice and boil for 2 more min.

  4. remove from heat and place a lid over the pan.

  5. let stand 20 min and serve warm
