2 T molasses
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinammon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 egg whites
3 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup raisins

Mix molasses, honey, olive oil, applesauce eggs and vanilla, then combine with flours and dry goods, stir in nuts and raisins, and bake at 375 oven for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy
