Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Pennsylvania Dutch Pot Pie Stew

12 cups of Pennsylvania Dutch Pot Pie Noodles
4 small Potatoes, pealed & sliced
1 cup of Peas
1 cup of Corn
3 Chicken Breast Halves (1 Raw Whole Chicken equivalent )
2 cups of Celery, diced
4 cups of College Inn Broth
1 medium Onion, Chopped
4 Carrots, pealed & chopped
2 tbsp. of Parsley
1 tbsp. of Salt
20 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Pennsylvania Dutch Pot Pie Stew

  1. You will need 2 pots that can hold at least 4 Gallons of Water.

  2. Preparing broth: Using Pot 1 Pour in 20 cups of water. Add Salt, parsley, College Inn Broth and 1 Raw Whole Chicken. Allow the chicken to boil in the broth until fully cooked at 170F (77C). Using a Collender drain broth into Pot 2 and take out the whole chicken and remove meat.

  3. Add Meat and all remaining ingredients.

  4. Cook until peas, carrots, noodles and corn are soft.

  5. Enjoy
