Grandma George's Famous Mashed Potatoe's

Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Mashed Potatoes

2 2/3 cups Water
4 tbls Salted Butter
2/3 cup Skim Milk
46 g Mashed Potatoes Potato Buds
3 tbls Onion, dried, minced
2 cups Cottage Cheese, large curd
1 tsp Paprika
4 tsp butter, for the top

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Mashed Potatoes

  1. In a medium sized pot add the water, butter and the onion. Bring to a boil.

  2. Turn off theheat and add the milk and the Mashed Potato Buds, stir to combine.

  3. Add in the cottage cheese, stir to combine.

  4. Put the mixture into a oven proof ceramic serving dish.

  5. Dot the top with butter, sprinkle the paprika evenly over thetop.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the top is ligtly golden brown and delicious.

  7. Let rest for about 20 minutes, serve hot.
