Oatmeal muffins for weekend breakfasts

Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Cookbook Oatmeal Muffins

1 cup quick oats
1 cup 2% milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons oil

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Cookbook Oatmeal Muffins

Heat milk 1min. in microwave. Pour over oatmeal. Mix the rest of the dry ingredients and sugar together. Add egg and oil to oatmeal and stir. Add dry ingredients to oatmeal. Fold about 10 times. Spoon into muffin cups and bake 15 to 20 min at 425 degrees
