A light and fluffy cheesecake sure to delight everyone!

Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Cheesecake

1 1/4 cups graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 ounce (Jello) Lemon
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
12 ounce Evaporated Milk, chilled
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Cheesecake

  1. combine the butter, graham crackers and powdered sugar.

  2. Press into bottom of 10 inch spring-form pan. chill.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the jell-o with one cup of water. cool. add cream cheese.

  4. In a separate bowl, whip the evaporated milk until fluffy and double in size.

  5. gradually add sugar to the milk.

  6. Add the jell-o mixture and lemon juice.

  7. Pour into prepared crust and chill in the refrigerator 6-8 hours.
