Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Blueberry Cobbler

166 3/10 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1.33 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
4 tbsp Butter
4 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Blueberry Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and pour into large casserole dish. In large bowl, combine, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the milk and mix the batter until it is smooth (warning: the batter will appear soupy until at first, but rises up). Pour prepared batter into the casserole dish. Sprinkle berries evenly over top; add extra sugar if desired. bake the cobbler for 40-45 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
