Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Banana Bread by Carrie

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
8 tbsp water
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup margarine
3 bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Banana Bread by Carrie

  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg.

  2. Mix soda and water and add to mixture.

  3. Add mashed bananas and dry ingredients.

  4. Bake 25 minutes for muffins or 50 minutes for loaf pan @ 350 degrees or until fork inserted in center comes out clean.
