Healthier version of Grandma's Banana Bread

Recipe Ingredients for Grandma's Banana Bread by Carrie (Light)

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
8 tbsp water
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Banana Bread by Carrie (Light)

  1. Cream together butter, sugar and applesauce. Add baking soda/water mixture. Add eggs and mashed banana. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in cupcake tins spayed with Pam. Bake 35 minutes or so @ 350 degrees. (not sure on time...need to check)

  2. Original recipe calls for 1/2 cup margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and only 3 bananas. I cut the sugar in half and replaced with another banana. And I also cut the margarine in 1/2 and replaced with 1/3 cup applesauce.
