2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup bran flakes
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup grated apple
2 eggs
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Recipe Directions for Grandma's Apple and Honey Muffins

Sift dry ingredients together; add cereal, raisins and apple. Beat eggs well; add honey, milk and oil. Add liquid mixture and stir just til moist. Bake at 400 for 18-20 min.
