Recipe Ingredients for Grandma Reid's Chicken Stew

20 oz Chicken
1 cup condensed Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil
16 oz 100% White Grape Juice
850 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
3 medium Carrots
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
2 oz Cream Cheese Spread

Recipe Directions for Grandma Reid's Chicken Stew

Cut breasts in 1/2. Brown on both sides in olive oil until lightly browned. Add onions and cook until a little soft. Deglaze with white grape juice (very nice with white wine but my kids don't like it). Move chicken to crock pot. Add cream cheese to sauce, wait for a minute or 2 to soften, then whisk until smooth. Pour into crock pot with chicken, add peewee potatoes, cut in 1/2 and sliced carrots. Stew until vegetables are soft. Serves 6 (337 cals)
