Recipe Ingredients for Grandma Lyda's Italian Meatballs

1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 egg
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
1 1/4 pound of lean ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Grandma Lyda's Italian Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients together. The egg is beaten and added

  2. Put aluminum foil in the pans you will use for the meatballs

  3. Brown the meatballs in the oven 10-15 mins at 350 degrees

  4. Place meatballs in sauce and simmer 1 hour
