Grandma Ligatich's BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

Recipe Ingredients for Grandma Ligatich's BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

1 1/2 cup Catsup
1 1/2 cup water
4 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 onions
1 1/2 pound pork ribs

Recipe Directions for Grandma Ligatich's BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

  1. Slice onions and place in the bottom of cast iron dutch oven.

  2. Place pork on top of onions.

  3. Combine the catsup, water, vinegar, worcestershire, salt, paprika, pepper, chili powder. Pour over pork and onions.

  4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Remove cover and bake for another 20 minutes.

  5. Serve over egg noodles.
