Recipe Ingredients for Grand Marnier Chicken

0.125 cup Flour
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1.5 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Salt
40 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2 tbsp Willow Run Soybean Margarine
3 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.5 cup Frozen Juice Orange Concentrated
2 serving Grand Marnier
4 oz Wine
0.125 cup Flour
0.125 cup Orange Juice

Recipe Directions for Grand Marnier Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into 10 pieces

  2. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture then saute in 1 tbsp oil until outside is brown; place in casserole

  3. Bring sauce ingredients to a boil for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Thicken with: 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp orange juice, regular strength. Cook until slightly thickened then pour over chicken. Bake covered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
