2 cups Red Bell Pepper
9 cloves Garlic

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach White Beans with a little color

  1. Soak beans overnight in enough water to cover by 2 inches.

  2. Finely chop 2 cups of Red Bell Pepper and the garlic.

  3. Place beans, red pepper and garlic in a pot and cover with water and bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer till beans are firm but well cooked.
