Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach White Bean Chili

16 oz navy beans
14 1/2 oz tomato sauce
1 large onion
9 cloves garlic
3 Pepper, Ancho, Dried
4 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp olive oil
2 Red Bell Pepper
2 tsp red pepper

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach White Bean Chili

  1. Soak beans overnight, cut up Ancho Peppers and also soak overnight.

  2. Brown onion, garlic and finely chopped Red bell pepper in large heavy pot.

  3. Add beans, spices and tomato sauce and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

  4. Lower to a simmer and simmer until two cups of liquid has evaporated and beans are soft and beginning to break up.
