Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Turkey and Mushroom Curry

10 oz Mushrooms, sliced
20 oz ground turkey breast
1 large onion
12 cloves garlic
1 tsp canola oil
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Turkey and Mushroom Curry

  1. In a non-stick pan brown onion and garlic in 1 tsp of canola oil.

  2. Add turkey and cook until browned.

  3. Add Mushrooms and spices and a few tablespoons of water if necessary and cook until mushrooms are tender.

  4. Serve with whole wheat pasta or basmati rice.
