Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Small White Beans

4 cups small white beans
1 small red onion
1 stalk celery
9 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Small White Beans

  1. Soak beans overnight, sort out and rocks or debris.

  2. In small stock pot add beans 4 cups of water and remaining ingredients.

  3. Heat to a boil and lower to simmer.

  4. Cook for about 1 hour or until beans are soft and nearly all of the liquid has evaporated.
