Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Saag

32 oz Spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (300g) onion, chopped
1/4 cup garlic, chopped
14 1/2 oz tomato
8 oz yogurt
3 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red pepper

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Saag

  1. Thaw spinach

  2. Over medium high heat brown garlic.

  3. Add onions and cook until translucent.

  4. Add, spices, tomato and yogurt and cook for 5 min.

  5. Add spinach and enough water to allow to bring to boil.

  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
